OS Computers (On-Site Computer Services) welcomes visitors to this website, a branch of On-Site Computer Service's retail and service centre, located in Belleville, Ontario. Information displayed on this site is for purposes of promoting products and supplying information in lieu of visiting the store. At this time, we encourage purchases to be made in the store; online orders are not currently accepted. Visitors are welcome to inquire via email, phone or in person.
Prices
All prices shown on oscs.ca are in Canadian Dollars and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice, due to factors such as suppliers' costs, market and currency fluctuations.
Typographical Errors
OS Computers (On-Site Computer Services) reserves the right in the event of any item listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error on information received from our suppliers to decline and/or cancel any requests for the incorrectly listed item.
Title
Title to products purchased from OS Computers (On-Site Computer Services) passes to you when the product is purchased in-store. Title to copyrighted material remains with the licensor of the material or the copyright holder.
Interpretation
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to conflict of laws rules. The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for reference purposes only and are not intended to be part of or affecting the meaning of these Terms and Conditions.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranties
OS Computers (On-Site Computer Services) offers returns, exchanges or full replacements on defective merchandise only. Products to be returned must be accompanied by all original packaging materials, including printed materials, disks and cables. A restocking fee may be applied to returned items, depending on the condition of the merchandise.
Warranties through OS Computers (On-Site Computers) are included in all systems, and most components purchased. These are as follows:
- Used systems: 90-day warranty on parts; 1 year warranty on service;
- New systems: Depending on the system (i.e. some laptops include full manufacturer's warranties);
- All new components include a full manufacturer's warranty;
- Software carries no warranty and is not licensed to the purchaser.
